Pro Shop

(a) The Pro-Shops shall be maint and run by contractor as per the agreement and terms and conditions and renewed as applicable. The detls of the Pro Shops area as under :-

(i) 01 x Pro Shop near Tee No 3 alongwith Golf Bag Storage facility and Repair Shop.

(ii) 01 x Pro Shop near Prac Range Area with Extn Counter near the main entrance of AEPTA.

(b) The Pro Shops will be stocked with latest golf eqpt, accessories and apparels.

Secy for approval before display. The rates for repair, etc of golf clubs will be approved by the Management incl clubs used for hirin

(d) The cost of all items should be competitive and a suggestion Register should be kept at the Counter in the Pro-Shop displayed prominently. The Register to be put        up to the Management  very fortnight ie 1st & 15th of every month.

 (e) The responsibility for cleanliness of the Pro-Shop incl its wksp rests will    concerned vendors.

(f) The timings for operation of the Pro-Shop including those for issuing out Golf Sets of members shall be fixed by the Management.
