



Play and Starting Arrangements
Golf Balls. These will be provided by the Range Staff on pre-payment. A receipt for cash given must be obtained by the player. Only Range Balls of AEPTA will be used at the Driving Range in the stipulated timings.
Green Fees, Timings and Instrs. As per Appx ‘B’ to this SOP.
Chipping Area/Putting Green. Players to use their own Golf Balls for the same. The members are prohibited from chipping on the putting greens. Boards to that effect will be placed along the putting greens.
Pilferages. Golf bags will be kept in the designated areas to avoid pilferages. Possession of AEPTA Range Balls by a player other than in the practice range will be lead to severe disciplinary action.
Stations. The range will have not more than 10 practice stations/bays at any given time to avoid injury due to over-crowding. Players to ensure that they don’t hit golf balls in Fairway Nos 8/10.
Dress Code. Players to ensure proper dress code while practicing/playing. T-Shirts to be tucked inside shorts/trousers. Jeans/denims NOT permitted.

In The Clubhouse - (including patio)
Clean, smart, casual dress or recognised golf attire is required, unless otherwise stated for individual events (e.g. formal matches or social functions). Appropriate footwear should be worn at all times. Golf shoes may be worn in the foyer, changing rooms and on the patio. Gentlemen are required to wear socks with open toed shoes/sandals.
From May 1st until October 31st clean, dry, golf shoes with soft spikes may be worn in the lounge and bar areas (but not in the dining room).
Please note the following are not considered appropriate in the clubhouse:
Torn or faded denim jeans, tracksuits, walking/combat-style or cargo shorts & trousers, vest tops, football or rugby shirts, crocs and flip flops.
Non-golf shirts without collars.
Wet, soiled or waterproof clothing.
Hats, caps and visors are not to be worn in the clubhouse.
Mobile Phones
Mobile phones carried on the course should be switched off and only used in a medical or criminal emergency.
Mobile phones are not to be used in the bar and restaurant areas inside the clubhouse.
