



Parties
Private parties may be permitted on the Terrace (Full Swing, Mulligan, Birdie)/10th Area/Apron based on first cum first booking. The rules/instrs regarding the same will be info at the time of booking. The fwg instrs will be implemented by the members during party :-
(a) Bar timing for Lunch/Dinner shall be strictly followed.
(b) No decorations are permitted.
(c) Foreigners guests are not allowed without security clearance from MI-10, IHQ of MoD (Army).
(d) Dress code as per military norms and club rules will be strictly observed.
(e) Servants/Maids are not permitted in Preferred Lie/Lounge/Tee n Chips/ any booking venue.
(f)No loud music/DJ is allowed at the venue. Only light instrumental music can be played.
(g)Personal liquor will not be consumed in the Bar. Only liquor provisioned by the AEPTA bar will be consumed.
(h) The payment of all bills be made through AEPTA card. The card must be charged upto 75% of the expected amount in advance.
(i) Photography is prohibited in the club premises.
(j) Functions like marriage, ring ceremony or engagement are not allowed.
(k) Decorum of the premises to be maintained by the Members.
(l) 75% of the booking amount will be deducted in case of cancellation/ postponement.
In The Clubhouse - (including patio)
Clean, smart, casual dress or recognised golf attire is required, unless otherwise stated for individual events (e.g. formal matches or social functions). Appropriate footwear should be worn at all times. Golf shoes may be worn in the foyer, changing rooms and on the patio. Gentlemen are required to wear socks with open toed shoes/sandals.
From May 1st until October 31st clean, dry, golf shoes with soft spikes may be worn in the lounge and bar areas (but not in the dining room).
Please note the following are not considered appropriate in the clubhouse:
Torn or faded denim jeans, tracksuits, walking/combat-style or cargo shorts & trousers, vest tops, football or rugby shirts, crocs and flip flops.
Non-golf shirts without collars.
Wet, soiled or waterproof clothing.
Hats, caps and visors are not to be worn in the clubhouse.
Mobile Phones
Mobile phones carried on the course should be switched off and only used in a medical or criminal emergency.
Mobile phones are not to be used in the bar and restaurant areas inside the clubhouse.
